just had my topic removed from the Chimaera forum, fair enough reason i didn't read the Rules of Posting... i've been a member years so thought i knew what was what? anyhoo i've had a look and can't find the "Rules of Posting" can someone point me in the right direction?

also if my post was removed because it mentions an ad why hasn't this post (and many other like it) not been removed?

and if its a clear cut as just because its got a link in then couldnt a mod just of deleted the link?

OK for a start all ads in the forums are deleted by routine (thanks for pointing out one I missed I'll deal with that later) so we have resolved and sorted the inconsistent modding statement so that isn't in question.

Regards to the Rules of Posting I think you find Rule 2.9 covers ads!

"That constitutes unauthorized or unsolicited advertising"

(When you reply to a post, the R of P's are on a link at the top of the box below the post icons smile)

Sorry, but posting Ads or links to Ads in the forums is a nono
