Having to use refresh

clicking on the main forum head link at the top of the page, e.g. Gassing>Spotted TVRs

usually will refresh and show any new messages, however, just tested it a few times now, and even clicking a few times on it, it doesnt show new posts, not until clicking the browser refresh button.

used to always bring the page up to date just by returning to forum

caused me to double post accidentally (cant see how to delete one of the double posts, tried the delete reply option)
