UK Internet user survey

Seems almost everytime I log onto PH i get this annoying console; c'mon PH its a nuisance and were all savvy enough to know what a 'survey' is.

It is controlled by Forrester, and they should only show it once to each user... but looks like it cant recognise you and thus thinks you are new everytime. This is something we can not control I am afraid, but the survey is ending on the 30th November, so till then I can only apologise.
