Stolen section

I know this will be a bit contentious, but is it time for a stolen section? Or someway stolen notes can be done differently.

There are an awful lot of stickies in GG at the moment, and whilst I thoroughly understand the importance of someones stolen P&J, isn't there a better way of handling that information?

I agree that GG is too full of stickies at the moment and thus we will look at cleaning this up. The argument is that people wont look at a stolen section as much as noticing the stickies in GG which is a popularly read section.

A possible solution is to create a stolen wiki which is stuck at the top and thus cars can be put into there as a form of database, with a link to the thread discussing each car in detail.. we will get onto this this afternoon.
