Is there call for one? The few bargain barge threads we have had have been some of the longest on PH by far, and we have a fair number of us idiots who spend our spare time searching for that rusted up old bentley, or the pristine 1988 5 series complete with the salesmans fingerprints on the side window...
Those threads are pretty hefty and can be hard to navigate, and we probably need a better place to prove once and for all that if a car cost over £1k, then by definition it isn't a bargain
