Can´t see "the briefest glimpse"

Hi Mods & Admins !
The "expedia ad" problem seems to be sorted,
or is the ad completely gone now ?
But :
In the "Drag racing" board, there is a thread called "the briefest glimpse".
It has been running for a few days, and all was OK,
but this evening I just cannot open it.
"HTTP 500, can not show the page"
XP with SP2 and IE7.

Pages in the "overview" (1 of xxxx) are loading very slowly this evening.

Expedia ad has been dealt with.

On the other point, there is an intermittent problem where a page will not work for one person (and I mean just one person) for around 10 minutes, no matter how many times they try to visit that particular forum or topic.

I had this happen to me yesterday with website feedback and couldn't find a reason for this certain victimisation by the servers in the period they picked on me.

So we are continuing to investigate this problem.
