PH Email not working?

I sent someone a PM last night and again this morning as I never received the duplicate email from PH. Is the system working or does it no longer sent a copy to me (the sender) any more? I did check all my spam folders too incase it was in there, but I've received nothing

Indeed Perhaps it doesn't like that fact mine's a Yahoo address or it doesn't send it to the sender?
