PH calendar, when is it updated

I sent an event suggestion in before Christmas for the Chatsworth TVR gathering in April, but nothing has been put on the Calendar, in fact there are only some dates down for January, surly there have been more events suggested and people will start their summer planning now, anyone an idea when it is normally up dated.
