unsubscribe to thread notifications

how the hell can I do it? I created this thread http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... but my 360 has since bitten the dust and I'm getting tired of all of the updates!

I've tried removing it from "My Stuff" but cannot stop the email updates..

Help?

I thought there was an "unsubscribe to this topic" link in the notification email.

It normally appears right after the link to the topic.

Spot on, I was so busy deleting the emails that I didn't notice the unsubscribe link..
