need to delete my history help

hello i need to delete my history asap ( im logged on as someone else ) as problems at work hr have found i go on this and are using it against me. is there any easy way of doing this? ( as in my threads and replies on pheads not computer history )

You can clear your browser history.

You can change the name of your profile and remove all your personal details from it.

Should be able to delete your own posts and then change your username, do you have two log ins? or are you borrowing someone elses account?
