This thread has been reported twice since early hours this morning. Why is the advertiser still allowed to promote his sale?

Yep saw both reports,

But I couldn't prove "In a court of law" that it was the PH'er own bit of kit that was being advertised, not with my limited investigative skills anyway.

I therefore I chose NOT to delete the post, most unlike me.
