Smiley carrying over when quoting

Just noticed that if one quotes a post that has a whole-post smiley, the post including the quote will have that same whole-post smiley as the one it is quoting.

Bug or by design?

Ummm... it is in the design of the code, but could argue both ways if it should do that or not! I will go with if quoting someone you quote their whole post including any smileys setup and then you can choose to change them or remove them.
