Is this where I should post?

My Mrs has an account on here - and has managed to forget/lose/change or basically screw up her password. Problem is (we think) the e-mail account she used to create her account is from her old work - so when she hits the forgot password prompt her password is sent to an old account.

Are there any mods that can help? or an e-mail address she can mail to ask for it to be unlocked? or does she have to create a new account and start again?

Sorry if this is not the correct place to post - but I could not find anywhere more relevant!

If you email [e-mail] with the username and email address you think it uses then we can look at the records and sort something out for you.

Tried this - but still not heard anything back - Mrs is now posting under my id, and i'm not happy!

Hmmm.. I thought this had been sorted, I will check first thing in the morning when back in work why this hasn't happened.
