The reason the "operation timed out" is because I'm uploading videos to youtube and it's hogging all my uplink bandwidth.

Can we adjust this timeout please? It's already maddening enough the way every site slows to a crawl when I'm uploading to youtube, having PH not work at all is even more annoying...

Same here also "nothing to see here" when opening threads or after replying to a post.

So it's just coincidence then that it stops doing it when I'm in between uploads?

Mind you I'm uploading now and it didn't mess me about getting in to post...

Been doing it all afternoon (and last night) here, on two different links. Shame I can't cross-post to the database problem thread too.

Overfed, they're sleeping off a big meal.

The site has been dreadfully slow on occasions yesterday and today. I keep getting timeout errors too, and I'm not doing anything!

Just to keep you updated...

We have all been working every working hour on sorting this out and are still investigating what is causing this massive problem.

Sorry for the lack of information... brain broke while looking at database servers.
