Missing Images when a news article is first published

This always seems to happen, without fail.

Presumably it's a timing issue, so is there any way you can publish the images an hour in advance of the news arcticle going live, so that the pictures exist when the article hits the stands?

I get this too - just came here to report it.

Top article link in the list on the homepage and in the article itself all the images are not there.

The paths all seem fine, but images ares not serving.

Not sure if it is fixed yet. I'll check when I get into the office.

We know what it is and it is near the top of the list for fixing once we nail this performance stuff.
