Just wondered if anyone keeps an eye on it? Is there any regularity in the broken-ness we could use as a guideline to stop wasting our time?

I can see his point a tincy wincy bit. BUT, to be fair, as long as the defining feature of the PH forum is that it broke'd nearly all of the time people are going to talk about it.

Not really, well maybe a bit, but its not like the powers that be dont know and its not like they're doing nothing about it.

People know the goverment are st but they're not faxing their MPs daily to confirm the fact.

Perhaps if someone would communicate their plans for the complete resolution of the problems, along with a timeframe, people would stop whinging about it. As it stands, people log on night after night and find the same old problems plaguing them, night after night.

I work in IT and would be sacked if I couldn't manage a solution to a problem for as long as this one's being outstanding.

Good point, should we try faxing Haymarket daily then?

hate to say it Plotloss (and so join the moaners) but as an outsider knowing none of what is being done behind the scenes we, the users of the site, are told day after day "it's just this little problem being fixed. ... be sorted in an hour" and "it'll be fixed soon". Just like the government (also broken) you'll have to put up with people moaning because I don't believe we've had any clear, concise info of just how big, and how long this problem will go on for.

Plus the number of moaning posts as a percentage of those using the site is pretty low. I think you guys are getting off quite lightly - but then we don't pay for it so I suppose we've nothing to complain about really.

Hope you guys get it sorted soon. It's a great place when it works.
