This site is c.r.a.p.
Stayed away from PH for ages cos it's soooooooooooo slow.

Much as a love PH, it really is the worst behaving site I use. And it can't be purely down to the numbers using it. I visit some US sites which must, on the whole, handle bigger volumes than this does.

I think it's probably the norm for people to give up on waiting for threads to open and just go visit another of their regular sites.
I don't usually visit the website feedback page, but thought I might get an answer on why things are so bad.

I'm on the other side of the world (and so it should be even slower for me) but haven't noticed problems very often at all, just occasional outbreaks of people complaining about it. Does this mean I'm special?
