I dont think the search function has ever worked properly, youre better off just using google to search ph.

i find when its working ok its cool for looking for motors just when its not you gota trawl threw everything an it takes to much time. when ifirst stated using it never had this problem

I guess you are talking about the advanced search for the classifieds.

The advanced search has been turned off because it is very database intensive and is a major factor in the performance problems that the site has been experiencing recently.

We are working on a permanent solution to the performance problems but in the mean time you can use the filter tool inside any list of cars to perform most of the same functions as the advanced search

yeah thats what ive been doing but can be a right pain when you searching for rarer cars . no probs guess il av to hold out till its sorted

On the advanced search the search p/x field was really useful, can you suggest a way round searching for cars that people are interested in part x'ing?
