Complaining about the U.K. and wanting to emigrate forum.

Can we have a forum for all the whingers complaining about the U.K. and all those wanting to emigrate, particularly the feckless ones who say they want to leave but are too lacking in a brain to figure out where they want to go to?

I feel it's best to keep it in one place away from those who are happily trying to get on with it.

If you feel this is unreasonable, how about one just for those wanting to emigrate or threatening to do it? If you grant my request I promise to never complain about Haymarket or how good pistonheads used to be in a public forum again.
