Ok.. I have a partial fix in place, but still working on this.

You can now use forum code in the submit box which all works and displays properly (the only problem is that it is still being a but funny for URLs in any of the profile data, but at least it stops the rest of the formatting for the moment)

I am still looking into the picture problem to see why they aren't being uploaded
