We've recently put a cacheing system in place on the website to reduce to load on the database and webservers when lots of people are looking at the same pages. Unfortunately it seems to storing and sending out the occasional personalised page.

We should be able to fix this bug early next week, but in the mean time it has no impact on security and you are not able to access that persons account, it is just an incorrect message which should disappear again quite promptly.
