please can we have a mileage filter - i.e. <20k, <40k, <60k etc?

Now that we have launched the new classified system we will be looking into improving the search in the near future.

This is definately a good idea which we will be looking to include, so I have added it to the list.

I placed my car add last night and it still isn't live. How come it takes so long ???

We have various filters in place to give each advert a scam score. This can be triggered for numerous reasons and we have it setup on the side of caution. Your advert has caught these triggers and been placed in a manual approval list.

We are manually working through the approval list as I type. So your advert should be on this afternoon. If it isn't then let us know.

I can see it in manage my adverts and i have a confirmation email but i cannot see it in the Vauxhall Vectra listings.:type

Thats probably because you have submitted it as a basic advert, which will mean it appears after all the premium and dealer adverts in the listings.

Since you were a member of the forums before the new classified system was launched, you are entitled to upgrade your advert to a premium advert free of charge, which will allow you to add upto 9 pictures and also make your advert appear at the top of the listing.

I have re done my ad as a premium and again it shows live but it does not appear in the listings and ideas

Ive tried to register to put my car on pistonheads but every time i get an error message saying there is a problem & the technical team have been noted. ive also tried emailing pistonheads but havnt had a response. Any idea why this is ?

At what part are you experiencing problems: Adding the advert? Editing an existing advert? Logging into the management section?

I have looked at your account and it all seems to be fine this end, so hopefully with a little more information we can sort out the problem.
