1st post in thread not appearing

hi,

can someone tell me why, when looking at old threads, the first post does not appear? e.g. links provided on 'PH folklore' etc.

I saw that thread and thought the same thing. I'm guessing the OP has deleted it...

The first posts in threads were lost at some point when an upgrade happened to the software. I think the first post changed from ID #0 to ID #1 so they no longer appear. Sure there was talk of them being reinstated at some point. Lots of other priorities I expect, like breaking the classifieds

I should have a bit more time for bug-fixing over the next few months, so I will try to get this sorted soon
