I have upgraded to premium advert and it has gone

hello, i had a free advert on here for just over a week and upgraded today and paid the £7.I then returned to the "manage my ads" section to add the extra pictures and it says"you currently have no adverts on pistonheads" It has disapeared,i then checked my bank account and the money has been taken out. Any ideas?

Hi,

Can you send me an email on support at pistonheads.com with your details for the advert (Advert ID, Email Address used in the system) as I cant find anything under the email address you have registered for the forums.

We will then get onto it straight away and see what has happened.

I dont know the advert id but i have a email confirming the payment to pistonheads.The car is a black 3 door golf gti edition 30 07 reg priced at £18495 if that is any help.
P.s i can not find support at pistonheads ,im a newbie thanks

Hi, no probs. In the email confirming the payment, what was the cartID or payment reference and I can look it up that way.
