Database out of sync

Reloading P&P. Latest post on all threads is on Thursday. Try again. Thursday. Try again. Now it's tonight but the thread I just replied to is still listed in the index with the last post being the post before mine. My post shows if I read the thread though. Bork, bork, bork

Also getting "Nothing to see here" on the last page of some threads, get the thread after a few tries.

...at the time of current posting page 3 of the P&P is still showing the last post on "Why does every bugger keep sending me lightbulbs?" as being from grumbledoak at 2:34 when in fact the last post is from me about half an hour later.

Every where I go at the moment it shows that the latest post was on wednesday. After reloading a few times it comes back up to date, only to get a "Nothing to see here" message when I try and open a thread.

Occassional 'time travelling' to one or two days ago, and 'nothing to see here' on a thread I'd just started.

ETA: 'refresh' sorts it out - eventually.

Replies not working either. Looks like replication's got out of whack.

Since the problem with classifieds on Friday we had to remove one of the database servers to restore a backup. This database server has been removed from the list that the website can read from, unfortunately during the backup of the search database the system overrides this remove and uses the backup database which is stuck on Friday morning which is why you are seeing this.

We fixed the backup algorithm yesterday and will restore the old server today so this will be now fixed.
