Moderator posting link to NSFW content?

Not very clever to close a thread with a link to a porn website. Isnt that against the T&C's?

Err no. I wasnt expecting a link posted by a moderator to go to a porn website. Therefore I innocently clicked on the link while one of my staff was hovering by my computer. Dosent cast me in a good light does it.

Well yes as I view PH with pictures turned off at work for this very reason. However when a Yourporn.com appears in large yellow letters on the screen its a bit embarrasing. If moderators dont abide by the T&C's what example does it set for us mere mortals?

Pod's, forward those emails, seems we have some business to attend to.

Plasticpig, please, get real, if you really knew your business, you'll be happily able to show that you clicked on a clickthrough rather than punched in the address: which absolves you from any issues legally etc.

As for a mod posting a link to it: I think most can assume that it was pretty explanitory and light hearted nudge to suggest that the sort of content on that thread was not really appropriate for PH, and that the link would be more their place if they wanted that sort of thing.

Besides, its a similar tactic used by a certain someone I know, and nobody ever complained then did they?
