I took a basic package and then reworked it to work with my news system and my membership system. It originally ran on Access and now runs on mysql.

It's not really in a state where I could hand over the code as it's too tightly bound in with the whole PH system - content management, membership, newsletters, email, ads, reviews, calendar etc. etc.

It's something I have seriously considered. It's a lot of work though to ensure that it will work with the other subsystems detached.

It is fantastic for a seklf developed system. Which I swhy a lot fo companies reun bespoke code - as you get what you pay for so to speak.

If you need a general typs sytem try PHP Nuke I use it at www.schford.com and its fine, also other place slike www.pocketgps.co.uk use it - not as specialised or slick as this but hey its free, and runs on most htings with mysql!

As a self-developed forum system its pretty good - except for the inability to post HTML
