Since forum upgrade, I cant use the Safari Browser for PH?

"Bad Request (Request Header Too Long)"

I thought the site was borked for a couple of days, as I couldn't access it due to this error i've been getting (Mac, OS X 10.5 Safari v3.1).
Just happened to try again today, but with Firefox and that seems to work fine.
What happened?

PS, just to add, the PH front page works fine with Safari, it's just the forum I can't access.
PS II, Works with Safari on my iPhone & Safari on PC. just not my Mac. Maybe some cookie issue? I'll try wiping the PH ones and see what happens. But this definitely only happened since the downtime a couple of days back. Can't just be me?

Ok, seems my cookies got corrupted after the update somehow.. I looked up "Piston" related cookies, and there was literally hundreds of them.. Heres just a few..


Deleted the lot of them, re-logged in, and all is working fine again

Phew, that good news! I didn't have a copy of safari to hand to try and figure out what was going on!
