Order of priority

Currently pages are loading dog-slow because 'beta-ace-advertising' or some such appears to be broken.

Whether or not adverts from 'beta-ace-advertising' (or some such) actually download is of absolutely no concern to me whatsoever. However it's somewhat of a pisser when I can't read the bottom half of the page because the server at 'beta-ace-advertising' (or some such) is broken.

So can the order of download be changed to (1) posts (2) adverts please?

It's on the wish-list but unfortunately because of the way the page is designed it is a very difficult change to make.

Is it every advert that is slow or is there one in particular that is causing problems?

Hi Will, I didn't clock the specific ad (it wasn't loading!) but beta-ace was the common factor (it shows up in the status bar bottom left)

I'll keep an eye out then and have a word with the ad guys tomorrow if I spot anything
