Racer , First you need to add brackets, then type pic, close the bracket.
should look like this

[pic]

Then copy the URL http of your pic and add it after the brakets make sure there are no spaces.

example from Photobucket:



then close with [/pic]

if you are not sure quote this message and read the info on the pic

You would be amazed how many girls out here are either un-married or have no Boyfriends !!

Well worth taking a trip to Either St Petersburg or Moscow ..
A chap at work got divorced last year came over for 3 weeks and had the time off his life ...women outnumber men by about 3/1 and if you visit a Univercity city .......

start learning Russian !!!

It would be **really** great if the forums would support the Flickr image code (which Flickr prefer one to use so there's a link back to the photo page):
