The search facility is currently under maintenance

If it's broken then it's say's it's broken.

Yeah, that what we tell our customers too... And I was only trying to search before I posted so I don't get all those "REEEEEEPOST" folks on my case

Yep, we are working on the server which holds the search database, so it isn't broken, just turned off for now.

Hopefully the processes that are running overnight will be successful and the search will be up and running again tomorrow.

Pete is working on the server today, so it should be back some time this afternoon.

The Kia dealers have been on the phone and have persuaded me to keep it offline for a bit longer..

The server is now re-built and will be back on-line hopefully by 6pm, and the search will be working then, though it might take until tomorrow morning to have all the replies indexed in the search.

Queue all the Search problems, Google Search Aps and the like replies

ETA: The server has gone kaput again, back to drawing board.. though will get search running again by end of day.

Search is now rebuilt but wont have a full index till tomorrow morning, so if you search and find nothing that will be why... but everything will be back to normal by about 5am as it takes time to reindex.

aha - yes just tried it and the index isnt there! Even a search like 'tvr' dont find anything....!
