Is there actually someone there at Pistonheads ????????

Can anyone help, on the two occasions over the past three months I`ve put a car on Pistonheads to sell
I`ve had problems putting it on as a premium ad, i.e. the `payment` page would`nt open.

When I send a message to Pistonheads admin asking for help I get no reply. On both occasions I sent four or
five e-mails asking for assistance over a period of two - three days.

NOT EVEN A REPLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just my ad appears in the regular section with three pics and about 8 or 9 pages back.

I`d just like to thank the `classifieds administrator` for their efforts.

Hi Tony,

Sorry you haven't had a reply back, I will look into why you didn't. In the meantime if you email me on support at pistonheads.com then I can have a look into your problems.
