My adverts withdrawn?? Mods Help

I have a few ads and have just seen that they have all been withdrawn because of ' Email Bouncing'???? Can someone please sort this out? Thanks

Check your junk mail filters out as they may be filtering mail from PH, also check the email address is right.
Also i know AOL used to block all PH email meaning you couldn't use them.

Ive checked all that but I have received emails from ph in past.

Only PH admin can sort, it will be dealt with in order of priority.

Email Bouncing happens when any emails sent from the PH mail-server are rejected by your inbox (or never manage to find your inbox)

Assuming that your email address is correct, the most common cause for this is an overactive spam filter. You need to make sure that all emails from PH, including replies to your advert (which won't be from @pistonheads.com addresses) are not being returned to sender.

It doesn't matter if they get put in your junk mail folder but if they find their way back here then your advert will be temporarily withdrawn automatically.

I can put them back on, but until you sort out whatever is causing the problem they will just keep disappearing. Have you have a look at your junkmail settings?

My email server was down for a few days last week so thats probably the reason why emails were bounced as I normally receive emails ok from PH...thanks
