Locking the GTR thread...?

I know Joecoolooo or whatever their name was, made some rather odd statements about the car, but PH is about discussion.

Shall we now lock all threads when a deposit holder just 'says so'?

Any thread now stating Peugeot's fall in bits, when mine doesn't, shall now be locked!


If people don't like it, they can ignore it, but why lock it for those with serious interests in the factors being discussed?

Ie, tyres, I'm interested in if manufacturers use special versions for press cars, but seemingly, I can't ask that question and expect an answer because a moderator decides that we should just take a manufacturers word for it, or worse still, another member who has a deposit who 'thinks' they know everything about the car...

Thank you, much appreciated.

Some great discussion in there. Obviously it's not to all tastes, I'm on the fence, and it's nice to hear positive and negative, be it first hand or fifth hand information

Ah you're forgetting the other rule that if you do make a rational comment it'll be ignored as half the posters are write only.
