Hmmm... looks like the network had a failure between our squid (cacheing) servers. Peer connection resets happen periodically, but I would expect it to handle it a bit better than serving a page saying that, so I am going to throw it to our hosting company and see what we can do.

the only bit I added was the >> << it was a suggestion to mail my complaint to root

lots of big black, capital letters as well

ended up changing pipes on the ISP and it seemed ok, not sure where the fault was
