This is a con, there is no PH insurance for purchasers. The for sale section is a free service for private sellers which I think highlights the nature of the response.

If you click on the report link at the top right of the ad then we will remove them from the site. We are continually working on reducing the number of scam adverts (and have seen a drop in the last week of new scam adverts getting through our systems), but we also rely on the reporting of users too as we don't have enough resources to go through all the thousand of ads added daily. Plus it helps us tweak our scam systems in the background if they do get through.
