Page not fully loading

On most threads with multiple pages I cant scroll down to the bottom of the page to click onto the next page. I've left it all day to see if it sorts itself out to no avail.

Happens on both my pc and lappy.

I notice that the stus bar to the bottom left of mozilla only goes to about 90% complete, and the egg timer thing is constantly showing.

Is it just me?

Sounds like it might be an advert related problem. Is it doing it on every single page, or just some of them?

I would say about 90% of them. Funny it should do it on 2 machines though.

What address does it say it is trying to load (in the status bar)?

There are some pages that won't load photobucket files on 'The camera...' thread as well.

That is definately the ad server, but it is normally just slow but gets there in the end.

Are you on a particularly slow internet connection? This would also explain why you are struggling to load pictures as well.

How many publishers will continue to put up with Adbureau, I wonder? We have similar problems with their servers on the sites we run for Centaur. Seems to me that a fundamental part of their offering should be "doesn't totally bollocsk up the user experience"...

No, i'm on a 8meg broadband. It's only just started happening yesterday. I know the photobucket thing can be a bit slow sometimes, but PH is usually fine for me. Any other sites I go on are just fine.

I've just spotted this as I type at the bottom l/h corner of the page - 'Read ds.serving-sys.com'

Also just looked at 'the camera' and its got 'bp1.blogger.com'

Playing up for me aswell, especially in p&p, page won't load fully or does so slowly (min's), sometimes will load instantly if the page is refreshed whilst loading, but not always.
BB working fine, will see what tomorrow brings.

The adserver has been bad recently (see other threads complaining) but since about 5pm today it has been terrible. Their servers are clearly inundated during the peaks.
