Hello

I had a topic moved by someone.

I thought this was just a general chat sort of area, whoever moved it hasn't sent me a message saying why .

It isn't a problem, but if I've posted wrongly, so a moderator thinks it needs to be moved, if you tell me, I can try and not post wrongly again.

Because it was a car related question which was posted in the Pie & Piston (now moved to General Gassing), perhaps ?

I think the rule is General Gassing for all car-related stuff and in here for non-car related (unless there is a specific sub-forum for it).

Since your thread was about your daughters car it should have went in General Gassing.

if it's the one about your daughters car - then that's a motoring thread - and as such would belong in the General Gassing forum. The P&P that it was posted in is for anything non-motoring.

Oh, and I've moved this to the Website Feedback forum.

Messages aren't sent on moved topic, but the reason I can see is because General Gassing is car chat, your topic was car related so it was moved there. This forum is for things that are not covered by other forums on PH.
