URL markup buglet?

If you do two sets of URL tags back-to-back, likethis, the space between them gets lost.

The parser that changes the code strips them out, it also does it with smilies too <- should all have spaces inbetween.

We are going to look at the parser in the New Year and I am capturing all the current niggles with it at the moment so will add yours to the fix list.
