When trying to find a username (Members Directory) you have to remember it EXACTLY.
Can we have some sort-of wildcard in the search?

Ie M* shows all Members starting "M" or Morn* show Morning, Morningside, Morningzoo etc

Well, I think you get the picture. Reason I ask is sometime I try to look for someone and I know it starts with whatever and cannot remember the rest.

Oh, yeah and another thing. You can only search on their current name. Some daft people boxedin change their username and I cannot for the life of me remember some newer ones. So can we have that as well?

I just type the first few letters and it shows all users whose names begin with those letters confused

Searching old user names would be very difficult as they only exist in the replies themselves, not in the member database.

It's a no-go i'm afraid frown

You could "search forums" for their user name, which will show up whenever they're quoted. Then click on their profile?
Bit long winded, but possible.
