Dedicated F1 Thread

Any chance we can have a dedicated F1 thread within Motorsport?

It's the most talked about sport within there, and so surely deserves its own area?

Especially with the new season rolling into action.....

Personally I don't think it's needed (others/ the mods may disagree) there are threads generated for each race.I find it easy enough to link to F1 via motorsport.

I feel that the general motorsport forum has about the right amount of traffic at the moment, there is enough to keep it interesting without topics disappearing off the first page before they are seen.

If we split it up too much then we run the risk of turning one interesting forum into two slow-moving backwaters, but we will keep an eye on the situation and keep an eye on demand as the new season takes off.
