AV forum?

Just a thought, but there seems to be plenty of talk in the P&P about AV stuff (TV's etc) and was wondering if there is any sense in having a dedicated AV forum? I think it could be quite a popular one.

it's a slow day at work, and that is the best thing I could think of to keep me awake

An AV section has been requested before; several times.
As has a re-organisation of the classifieds under the non-motoring section.......... mobile phones/ games consoles are scattered everywhere.

If enough people suggest it, it'll be looked into. maybe. possibly. should be, one day, once taken out of the 'maybe tomorrow' folder, and put onto the must-read section of the 'to-do' list.

I'm glad it's not just me who thinks that about AVForums.co.uk it seems such an anti-social place at times...

downside of avf is that they're not very good at holding a conversation with a a newbie/ uninformed person without measuring the size of their tackle.

What needs doing? There are only 3 pages at the moment.

Wow, it's been tidied up a little!

However, in the sub-sections we have:

Computers:
-Desktops/ Laptops
-XBOX / 360
-PS2/ 3
-Games/ Software

Other Electronics:
-Phones (lots!)
-TV's (lots!)
-XBOX
-PS3
-*random stuff* (coffee machine !?!)

How about having:

Computers; for desktops/ laptops/ peripherals and software.
Games; for consoles/ games and gaming peripherals.
Mobile phones; for erm.... phones
TV's; for tellies.

Then have other electronics for the likes of coffee machines, etc.
Saves me having to look at gas hobs when having a look through.

Just a thought, nothing more and no less.
