Can`t put a `premium` ad on????

Having problems putting a premium ad on to sell my car, only have the option for a regular ad.

This happened 3 months ago when i tried to sell a car the same way, and although after several messages to the staff at Pistonheads, after no response from them I sold it elsewhere.

Now it`s happening again, am I missing something ?

If you send an email to adverts at pistonheads.com then someone will get back to you. I will also alert the classified administrator to look at this thread when in tomorrow and get someone to contact you back.

Hi Tony,

You had tripped one of our automatic warning systems in the past, and this is what was blocking you from having premium ads.

I've check and it looks like a false alarm, so i've reset it and you can now upgrade your advert to premium.
