Mobile View Feature Request

Evening folks,

I tend to surf PH quite a lot via my blackberry, both at home and out and about.. I've been thinking of late that it would be rather nice to have the bookmark thread/watch thread options in the mobile view..

Quite often I'll read part of a thread, think that the mobile view isn't doing it justice and want to review it at a later date (when I'm in front of the PC)..

I don't think it would add too much bandwidth to the mobile view, so would be a welcome addition..

Whilst we're talking about change .... I appreciate that this one may take a touch more work, I'd "like" to be able to click on users profiles to see a little bit more about the user in the mobile view... I fully understand that this would require a mobile view of the profile and it's subsidiary pages, so can appreciate if it's not a feature high on your to-do list..

PH for mobiles is being looked at in depth currently, I believe.

Not sure where your post went Mr Will...

Just for info, i'm using a blackberry bold, standard in built browser.. Changing theme has no bearing on whether or not the bookmark or watch options are available..

I posted that, then I found out that we do actually have an old mobile view kicking around, so I'm off to have a dig about and look at it.

Blimey, that's a bit dated!

I'll have a look at what we can do, but it might just be a case of turning the mobile view off until we can do it properly (the 'Big Blue' skin copes quite well with modern mobiles)

I'm happy with it as is and it works very nicely on the BB, it would just be nice to have the extra features..

Okay, Okay I won't!

I'll just try to find some time to add the new features and make it a bit prettier (and to make it work on my phone automatically!)
