Government anti-CO2 adverts on PH - you're having a laugh!

Stumbled across one of these today! Clicked on it and it told me how much of a bad boy I am! Honestly, the demographic that surf on PH (in the main) are not going to be impressed by being, in effect, insulted! This was the eventual link!

I also have an issue with government spending money on 'public service advertising' on general principle. I don't know how much Whitehall spends on advertising - but it wouldn't surprise me if it's many Billions! This is Tax payers money being wasted. Why is is wasted? Well the State owns the bleedin' BBC so it should be using that resource not shelling out my money to other avenues!

Being a car website any car related subject wants to advertise with us. If they prove to be unpopular and no-one clicks on them then they will not see it as a good return in investment and no doubt try other sites.
Though you could look at it as the government CO2 campaign is at least funding a little of PistonHeads, which is ironic in itself
