Keeps jumping back in time, logging in as a different person, coming up with "Nothing to see here"

You did remove all of the old Hamsters last week didn't you?

Yeah - and I keep getting logged into someone elses "My Stuff" screen - (was "Funk" before!)

....and it keeps taking me back to an older point on my "my stuff" page and also on threads - weird!

Just in case Pete doesn't pop in, I know that they were migrating one of the DB servers today as part of the move to virtualisation. I'm no expert but this might have something to do with it.

We are just swapping over some database servers as part of our migration progress which could result in a little slowness as it does that.

Though little concerned by the increase in the logged in as someone else problem, has it got worse in the last couple of days?

The only time I have seen it worse was last week when it shut down!
Big delays between hitting submit and message actually being posted.
"Nothing to see here" Message coming up.
Other peoples logins coming up!

That's why I'm just posting garbage today, to help test the changes! smile

Seems very slow and I am also seeing caching problems (click on a thread I have posted in and my reply is not there, refresh the page and it appears, refresh again and it disappears again).

We are one server down at the moment, which means the remaining ones are struggling with the load as you all get bored at work and log on to PH for the last hours of work!

I'm prodding them to keep them as close together as possible, but we should be all sorted soon.

Bl00dy hell the site is slow and cranky today.

Have had other user's pages on a scale never seen before, threads presented back to me in the state they were several days ago and everything very slow to load and refresh.

And it's nothing to do with ads as they're blocked!

We are moving over to virtual servers, which means there is an awful lot going on in the background at the moment.

It should all be sorted in the next couple of days though.
