Strange What Car! link making my screen look broke?

Is there a broken What car advert on PH? I have one that goes to this page http://whatcar.com/offers/ that is appearing on certain PH pages including as I type this message over 1 or 2 pixels at the right hand side of my screen making it look damaged. It is also bloody annoying.

Same here, now blocked as per the rest of the adverts.

I know there's a lot of complaints about the ads on here, but the delivery of them really is crap.
