Ted - I have no objection per se to the popup adverts that help to support this great resource. My gripe is with the Shell advert for Optimax that takes you to their website, but when you click on 'locations' for sales of Optimax it no longer provides this and points to a site that does not (easily) give this information - Streaky

Er... perhaps you should be commenting to Shell? Much as I'd like to control everything in the world I'm not there yet
I wasn't expecting you to be able to do anything about it, just making a point that pop-ups can be annoying for other reasons than them popping up (so to speak).
