Quickie.

Just been looking at the 'formatting help' box.

Is there any easy way of copy/pasting a table from Excel straight into the message box, so that it retains its layout?

If not, would a pdf display as an image if I used [pic] codes?

I'm afraid there is no particularly easy way, possible the best option is to take a screenshot and post it as an image.
