Just someone trying to be funny/clever/get their post count up or is it a Mod trying to generate some interest by getting the 'latest post' thing updated?

I know there's not much traffic through there, but as a Lotus fan I look in there occasionally to see what's going on over the pond...

Looks like a mod has now deleted them all, so nobody knows what we are on about
